Back to Image coordinate reading...

Use this form to upload up to 5 x-ray element maps (JPG, JPEG, GIF or PNG files) on this website. Once uploaded, you will need to calibrate the image. Thereafter, you will be able to view your x-ray element map, click on a pixel from one of these images and get the microprobe stage coordinates.

Overwriting? help Force overwrite existing file & data
Enter a name describing your sample. This name must not already exist in the database, unless you check the overwrite box below. This name will be used to identify your sample and to rename the file to upload (files will be automatically renamed with "sample name" + "element".

Sample name should contain only alphanumeric character, underscore (_), dash (-) or dot (.). No space allowed!
Select up to 5 files to upload. Each files must be from the same sample, and must have the same dimensions (in pixels).

Only JPEG, JPG, GIF or PNG files are accepted, maximum 2 Mo per file.
Enter the true coordinates (from your EMP instrument) for the limits of your map. The more accurate, the better for the recalculation of X-Y stage position based on the image pixel...
Check this box to overwrite any existing file of the same name. This option will also force to overwrite any input file in the database using the "Sample name" entered above.
